Brett Rogers started BJR Queensland P/L in 1997 as a building design company to service the public, consultants, and builders. During the past 20 years he has been involved in a wide range of projects covering residential, commercial, industrial and mining.

Management Of Project

When engaging BJR Queensland P/L to undertake your project, you will be dealing with the director and owner Brett Rogers, from the initial meeting right through until the completion of your project.

Brett is proud to be a member of the Queensland Master Builders Association, and holds a Q.B.C.C. licence in Building Design and Building.

His personal role involves producing drawings, attending meetings, answering any queries and liasing with other consultants.

Additional Support

During the preparation of your plans I can arrange other consultants such as engineers, soils testers, building certifier, surveyor and town planner as required.

Lodging plans for building / development approval, and also arranging suitable builders for the purpose of tendering are another serivce I can provide.

What's The Cost

I do not work on a square meterage rate or percentage of project cost. I believe all projects in themselves are unique, and therefore will structure the cost accordingly. Some clients may just want a very basic set of plans for building approval and pricing, whilst others may require more detailed drawings and additional services. This means the best outcome for you in terms of service and price.
